Rules for using AI Rap Flow, authorized photos, AI outputs, credits, subscriptions and service availability.

These terms are between you and Tianqi Li, trading as AI Rap Flow, operator of airapflow.com. Contact: support@airapflow.com. Effective and last updated: October 28, 2026.

Agreement and current availability

By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or buy services. Keep your account and sign-in links secure; do not share or resell accounts.

When enabled, demonstrations using simulated results are clearly labeled and do not prove model quality or create a paid order. Review your selected plan and total before confirming payment through official checkout. Pages marked planned, coming soon or pending expansion are not available services.

What the service does

Rap Video creates a requested solo or duo performance from one or two authorized photos and your selected language, stage, quality, duration and personal details. Names and story details may be translated or adapted into the selected output language. AI lyrics, music, vocals, appearance and lip synchronization can vary. Appearance and clothing preservation are goals, not guarantees of exact reproduction.

Trends are separate templates with fixed inputs and output rules. Hotel Lobby uses two separate photos and a fixed 15-second video: its preview has audio, but its download is silent. Raindance uses two separate photos and a fixed approximately 27-second silent MP4. Bulin 47 is available for generation from one photo and delivers its original audio. Rap Video can also deliver generated original audio. Read the selected template before submitting; Rap Video settings do not apply to every Trend.

Audio delivery follows the selected template policy: silent means a silent download, while rf_owned and licensed deliver the original audio supplied for their workflows. Because of music copyright, some Trends only deliver silent downloads even when previews have audio for review. Our in-product tutorials explain how to add an official or platform sound yourself in TikTok, Reels or an editor. You are responsible for clearing the rights to any music you add and following platform rules. Creating or checking a confirmation box does not grant you a music license.

Your photos, prompts and permissions

You retain your rights in your uploads. You grant us and the service providers involved a limited license to process, transmit, store and transform them as needed to perform your request, maintain private delivery, handle support and enforce these terms. This does not permit us to advertise with your likeness or publish your private content without separate permission.

You must have permission from everyone depicted and any required parent or guardian permission. You are responsible for image, likeness, voice, music, trademark and other rights in what you submit and how you use the result. Do not request non-consensual sexual imagery, sexual content involving minors, deception, fraud, harassment, hate, unlawful impersonation or infringement. Do not imply that an artist or depicted person endorsed you. See the Acceptable Use Policy for reporting and restrictions.

AI outputs and permitted use

Subject to your rights, provider restrictions and applicable law, you may download and use a completed output delivered to your account, including commercially when all necessary rights are cleared. We do not promise exclusivity, copyright protection, factual accuracy, clearance of third-party rights or suitability for a particular platform. Similar outputs may be generated for others. Review every result before sharing and use any AI-content disclosure or labeling required by law or your publishing platform. Do not present generated lyrics, actions or speech as a real recording of someone.

Prices, credits and checkout

The official checkout must show the product, total, currency, taxes if applicable, credit allowance and any renewal interval before you confirm. Pricing lists current pack and subscription options. A creation's credit cost depends on the selected workflow, quality and duration and is shown before submission. A pack name does not guarantee a fixed number of videos across all settings. Changes apply to future purchases or requests, subject to any required advance notice for subscriptions; they do not silently rewrite an accepted charge.

One-time pack credits have no scheduled expiry and do not renew. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of that paid monthly period. Annual subscription credits are granted for the annual paid period and expire at its end; they are not monthly grants. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Credits are a service allowance, not money, transferable assets or stored value; statutory rights and the Refund Policy still apply. Stripe processes payments.

Subscriptions and cancellation

If you select a subscription at checkout, it renews at the disclosed monthly or annual interval until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal is processed. Use account billing controls when available, or contact support@airapflow.com from your account email with the subscription reference. We do not promise an advance renewal reminder beyond any legally required notice.

Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves the current paid period active until its end. Subscription credits expire at that period's end; separately purchased pack credits are unaffected. Cancellation is not itself a refund or account deletion. A charge taken after a timely valid cancellation request will be investigated and corrected. Mandatory cancellation and withdrawal rights take priority.

Generation failures and delivery

Submitting a valid request reserves or deducts the displayed credits. Confirmed generation failures and failures before a paid provider submission restore the relevant reserved credits. An uncertain provider response, delayed job or unusable provider file may require reconciliation or manual review; we do not automatically resubmit a potentially billed request or immediately release an unresolved reservation. Contact support with the task reference rather than repeatedly submitting the same request. Cash refunds are a separate question under the Refund Policy.

AI processing and third-party outages can delay delivery; no specific render time or creative outcome is guaranteed. We may limit or refuse requests for safety, rights or technical reasons. Download completed results for your own backup. Your library is privately accessible through your account, subject to storage availability and the retention practices in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension, responsibility and changes

We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security incidents, non-payment or material breaches, and may remove unlawful content. We will provide notice and an opportunity to contact us where reasonable and lawful. Suspension does not erase valid refund rights or permit us to retain money contrary to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, perfect likeness or error-free AI output. We are not responsible for losses caused by your unauthorized use of someone else's material or your unlawful publication of a result. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable protections for fraud, deliberate misconduct or personal injury. We do not require you to waive mandatory consumer rights or agree to compulsory private arbitration.

We may update these terms for changes to the service or legal requirements. Material changes receive notice where required and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
